This lake is so wonderful. The yearly rain here at East Prospect Reservoir is about average; June is the month that gets the most rain; February is when it's the driest. Why not take a refreshing hike along the Camp Echo Trail, and needless to say Beaver Creek flows through this region. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining stuff, what a great planet it would be. Whitewater paddling is not       for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Susquehanna River, and if you need a place to stay Sleep Inn ,Inn & Suites is a good choice. If you come at the right time of year, Fishing Creek - Susquehanna Tributary offers some delightful whitewater, and after a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Columbia is a magnificent place to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. You're perhaps hooked on lakes, Red Lion Reservoir is one of those close by; Circle                  Creek Campground is a delightful local campground. Enjoy a round of golf at Cool Creek Golf Club not far from East Prospect Reservoir, and obviously, this is a perfect vicinity for people who like lakes, Cabin Creek Reservoir is a lake in the vicinity. During the summer months, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at East Prospect Reservoir. Once the sun is down it drops down to the 60's. All through the winter the highs are usually in the 30's; nighttime lows through the wintertime for East Prospect Reservoir tend to be in the 20's.
