This lake is so wonderful. Paddling on Susquehanna River is so much fun. You'll need more than a day to explore everything East Prospect Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Prospect Valley Farm Campground. There's some flowing water close by, Beaver Creek is a stream you can visit while you're here, and if you need a location to stay Comfort Inn Columbia is a fine choice. Fishing Creek - Susquehanna Tributary       has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Camp Echo Trail. Having a great time at East Prospect Reservoir is uncomplicated. Enjoy a round of golf at Cool Creek Golf Club not far from East Prospect Reservoir, and if you're dropping by from York-Hanover, you won't be the only one. East Prospect Reservoir gets a normal amount of annual rainfall; June is when you get the most rain here; February                  is when it's the driest. During the months of summer here at East Prospect Reservoir, high temperatures usually get into the 80's, and the overnight is slightly colder of course, generally in the 60's. High temperatures through the wintertime are normally in the 30's, and night lows in the 20's for East Prospect Reservoir.
