The skiing at Ski Big Bear is wonderful; don't leave Decker Pond without first going for a hike along the White Deer Trail. Decker Pond usually gets much rain; the month with most of the rain is August; February is when it's the driest.
I don't want to stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Decker Pond. Gates Meadow is a delightful location any time of year, and on a beautiful day you get a good panorama of Big Hill from Decker Pond. Don't miss out on a tour
to Delaware National Scenic River since you're here at Decker Pond, and you can run the rapids of Middle Creek - Lackawaxen Tributary. Decker Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Wilsonville Recreation Area is a nice local
campground, and great water scenery is available at Decker Swamp Dam near Decker Pond.
Take a look at close by Cattail Swamp, and enjoy a round of golf at Cricket Hill Golf Club. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes
of Tanglwood is just what you need, and almost certainly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Fairview Lake is just a very short distance away.
Good hiking is available along the Blooming Grove Trail, and The Settlers Inn is a splendid spot to get some rest.
