From a precipitation point of view Curwensville Reservoir is a quite common spot; most of the rain falls during June while January is usually the driest month. | | two. Summertime at Curwensville Reservoir comes with high temperatures in the 70's while nighttime lows are usually in the 50's. Daytime highs through the winter are in the 20's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Curwensville Reservoir fall into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. can't get enough of Curwensville Reservoir. Whitewater paddling is fine on Anderson Creek, and for you golfers we recommend nearby Grandview Golf Course & Restaurant. You're probably addicted to lakes, Clearfield Reservoir is
one of those close by, and during your tour here you'll meet some folks from DuBois for sure. Go for a hike on the Big Ridge Trail, and Montgomery Dam is a site that is right next door to Curwensville Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful.
Good hiking is available along the Pine Springs Trail; you can stay the night at Wagoner's Camping Park.
