This lake is so wonderful. Falls Run is a delightful local stream, and if you need a place to stay Williamsport Super 8 Motel is a splendid choice. The amount of rain that falls at Crystal Lake is close to the national average; the wettest month of the year is usually June, that's the one that rains the most, and January meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Kettle Creek Gorge is a great spot to stop       at close to Crystal Lake; Econo Lodge Williamsport is a pleasant spot to get some rest. You're perhaps hooked on lakes, Wild Rice Lake is one of those nearby, and Angel Falls is always fun to check out. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Crystal Lake. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Elk Creek. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Crystal Lake has to offer, you can camp at Hemlock Valley Campground. Going for a                  hike on the Falls Run Trail is always a pleasant adventure, and there are some brilliant whitewater spots on Loyalsock Creek. Go for a hike on the Old House Trail; you can stay the night at Buttermilk Falls Campground. During the months of summer highs here at Crystal Lake reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Crystal Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Good hiking is available along the Ridge Trail.
