If you like lakes and you're in this part of Pennsylvania you can check out Crystal Lake. There's great hiking along the Pinnacle Trail, and a day on the slopes of Jack Frost is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. This is a popular place for people from Scranton—Wilkes-Barre, and you can stay the night at Lehigh Gorge Campground. A golf course in close proximity to Crystal Lake is Hollenback Golf Course, and the scenery at Crystal Lake Dam is beautiful. So much cool stuff in close proximity to Crystal Lake, just impressive. Swamp close to Crystal Lake is pretty splendid, and Fountain Lake is a great lake close by.
If you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bear Creek, and brilliant hiking is available along
the Refuge Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Whitewater paddling is great on Lehigh River, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Wilkes-Barre. Yep, outdoors cool stuff to do are truly bountiful here at Crystal Lake. If you like
skiing, you're in luck; Montage Mountain is in the vicinity of Crystal Lake.
Arbutus Peak is easy to spot from Crystal Lake. You'll need more than a day to look at everything Crystal Lake has to offer, you can camp at Nesco Manor.
