Throughout the days of summer at Cruver Pond temperatures are mostly in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Cruver Pond are in the 10's. While you're here at Cruver Pond you can take a hike along the Pinnacle Trail, and why not camp at Stony Mountain Campground if you're here at Cruver       Pond. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Best Western Genetti Hotel & Convention Center is a splendid choice. Cruver Pond is not the only site close by, Fish Pond Dam is a close by lake; at Cruver Pond you can make out Mount Airy. Cruver Pond gets a common amount of yearly rain; the month with most of the rain is June; the driest month is January. There's just no way somebody can get bored here at Cruver Pond. Looking for some flowing water? Try Swale Brook; in case you don’t mind getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Bowman Creek.
