Cranberry Pond is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Cranberry Pond gets a typical amount of yearly precipitation; the wettest month of the year is frequently June, that's the one that rains the most while January is mostly the driest month. If you come at the right time of year, Wapwallopen Creek offers some pleasant whitewater, and if you're popping by from Scranton—Wilkes-Barre, you won't be the only one. close by. This lake is so wonderful. There's some flowing water nearby, Middle Branch Newport Creek is a stream you can pop by while you're here, and lakes are such serene sites, why not take a look at Lily Lake. For the duration
of the summer here at Cranberry Pond, high temperatures regularly get into the 80's. Summer nighttime lows sink down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's while Cranberry Pond nighttime low temperatures
during the winter are in the 10's. Do stop by Keilar Dam since you're here at Cranberry Pond, and here at Cranberry Pond you can distinguish Little Wilkes-Barre Mountain. This lake is so wonderful.
