Tanglwood is a tremendous place to do that, and in case you don’t mind getting       covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch. For the period of the warmest time of the year here at Craft Pond, high temperatures mostly reach the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 20's, and during the dark hours in the wintertime at Craft Pond temperatures descend to the 0's. This lake is so wonderful. At Craft Pond you always meet someone from East                  Stroudsburg; Middle Creek - Lackawaxen Tributary is a great whitewater spot nearby. Dry warm beds await you at Tanglewood (Vri); hey, Purdy Creek is a brilliant local stream. You clearly have to fancy Craft Pond. There are wonderful sites to explore along the Boundary Trail. Don't leave Craft Pond without first going for a hike along the Brown Trail; if you get bored of Craft Pond you could also stop at nearby Moc-a-Tek Lake. Yep, outdoors exciting things to do are in fact plentiful here at Craft Pond. The slopes of Ski Big Bear are so inviting noone can resist, and Secluded Acres Campground is a perfect campground nearby. Craft Pond is a wet site that gets a lot of precipitation; all through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and February is the month with the least moisture.
