A day on the slopes of Jack Frost is just what you need; since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always visit close by Stark Reservoir. The Pinnacle Trail offers hiking at its best, and not far from Covey Swamp you'll hit upon Spring Brook Intake which is a stunning lake. This lake is so wonderful. Courtyard By Marriott Scranton is a brilliant location to get some rest, and if you like swamps you're in luck,       Covey Swamp is right nearby. Covey Swamp is right by the Refuge Trail, and glide down the rapids of Spring Brook in a kayak. All the water falling down from the sky makes Covey Swamp a wet site; June is the wettest month with most rain; the driest month is February. Whohoo, so much enjoyable stuff in one place!
