Dry warm beds await you at Best Western Nittany Inn Milroy, and some of the water nearby flows, like Boal Gap Run. For the period of the warm days of summer at Colyer Lake temperatures are mostly in the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. For the duration of the winter highs are in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Colyer Lake. If you need a place       to stay Colony Lodge is a tremendous choice, and there are plenty of people from State College here. Very great water scenery is available at Colyer Lake Dam close to Colyer Lake, and the slopes of Tussey Mountain are so inviting nobody can resist. A common amount of rainfall falls here at Colyer Lake; the month of June is the wettest with most of the rain, and January is the month with the least moisture. This lake is so wonderful. Colyer Lake is delightful                  enough to spend more than a day at, Seven Mountains Campground is a delightful local campground, and tremendous hiking is available along the Hessick Trail. Yeah, come here to Colyer Lake for a pleasant time. This lake is so wonderful. If you come at the right time of year, Kishacoquillas Creek offers some nice whitewater, and there's wonderful hiking along the Deaf Run Trail. So much cool stuff to do here at Colyer Lake, too splendid to be true. Whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then we recommend Elk Creek, and Bechtol Gap is a pleasant spot to check out. Go for a hike on the Bear Trail, and here at Colyer Lake you can see Thickhead Mountain.
