The beauty of Cobey Pond attracts many people from all around. Life's too short to enjoy all the enjoyable things close to Cobey Pond. You're almost certainly into lakes, Westcolang Pond is one of those close by, and Tanglwood has good slopes and a friendly staff. What a site this is for outdoors folks. Go for a hike on the Crawford Trail; The Lodge at Woodloch is a great location to get some rest.

| | is available at Trail's End Camp. This lake is so wonderful. Why not visit Point Peter also if you're here, and if you came for an overnight stay Lander's River Trips is a nice location to camp. Cobey Pond gets much water; during the month of August you get the most rain around here; February is the month with the least moisture.
Through the long summer days at Cobey Pond highs are mostly in the 70's while nighttime lows are frequently in the 50's. The | |

cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; during the dark hours in the winter at Cobey Pond temperatures fall to the 10's. Get drenched paddling on Lackawaxen River, and you can hit the slopes at Ski Big Bear in close proximity.
This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at The Lodge at Woodloch; there are swamps here too, Cattail Swamp is close at hand.
Cobey Dam is a pretty location close to Cobey Pond; don't leave Cobey Pond without first going
for a hike along the Schiff Trail. There are tremendous locations to look at along the Steam Mill Trail, and get yourself into a kayak and hit Delaware River.
