Don't leave Cobb Pond without first going for a hike along the Boundary Trail, and almost certainly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Mang Pond is just a very short distance away. This lake is so wonderful. Wallenpaupack Creek is a splendid whitewater spot right next door to Cobb Pond; there's brilliant hiking along the Brown Trail. Gotta ski! Ski Big Bear is a wonderful place to       do that, and do visit C H Mack Dam while you're here. If you need a location to stay Caesars Cove Haven is a good choice, and Cobb Pond is a good spot to visit for more than one day, Lake Mocatek Campground is a good spot to camp nearby. Summertime at Cobb Pond arrives with high temperatures in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures throughout the wintertime are normally in the 20's; overnight lows in the 0's for Cobb Pond.
