In Pennsylvania there are many beautiful lakes, Charnita Lake is one of them. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. If you need a spot to stay Eisenhower Hotel is a great choice, and Charnita Lake is brilliant enough to spend more than a day at, Granite Hill Campground is a brilliant local campground. Copper Run is a brilliant local stream, and nearby you locate Cove Hollow which is a delightful spot to pop by. The yearly rainfall here at Charnita

This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Mountain View Golf Club, and the Green Ridge Trail is a good hiking trail close by. whitewater spots on Marsh Creek. This lake is so wonderful. The top of Mc Ginley Hill is easily seen from Charnita Lake, and K Section Dam has brilliant water scenery.
Dry warm beds await you at Sleep Inn , Inn & Suites, and going
for a hike on the Cunningham Falls Nature Trail is always a delightful adventure. All through the warm days of summer, highs frequently are in the 80's at Charnita Lake with overnight lows in the 60's. The winter brings highs down
to the 30's; overnight lows in the 10's for Charnita Lake. All our national parks are perfect locations to stop at, and Catoctin Mountain Park is no exception. Lakes? Sure, K Section Pond is around here.
Very beautiful scenery
and splendid skiing is what you get at Ski Liberty, and a great spot to camp here at Charnita Lake is Gettysburg Koa Kampground. Fountaindale Spring is a striking place to pop by while you're at Charnita Lake. If you come at the right
time of year, Owens Creek offers some good whitewater; there is a magnificent hiking trail nearby called the High Rock Nature Trail.
