Life's too short to enjoy all the amusing stuff in close proximity to Cementon Reservoir. Cementon Reservoir is not the only place nearby, Spring Pond is a nearby lake. This lake is so wonderful. Visiting Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor is just something you need to do if you haven't yet, and if you came for an overnight       stay Evergreen Lake Camping is a good place to camp. Cementon Reservoir is a wet place that gets a great deal of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is May; February on the other hand is the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Don Laine Campground while you're here at Cementon Reservoir, and if you're going to from Allentown-Bethlehem-Easton, you won't be the only one. If you need a location to stay Quality Inn Allentown is a                  magnificent choice; Unami Creek has a nice whitewater paddling spot nearby. What would winter be without some skiing at Blue Mountain; Whitehall Dam is not far at all from Cementon Reservoir. From Cementon Reservoir you get a magnificent panorama of Laurel Hill, and a splendid close by hotel is Ramada Allentown/Whitehall. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Very striking scenery and fine skiing is what you get at Bear Creek, and golf can be played at Willow Brook Golf Course. A lake close by is Clear Spring Pond; in case you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Lehigh River. At Cementon Reservoir all through the months of summer highs are in the 80's, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
