Beautiful Carnegie Lake has much to offer visitors. Through the months of summer at Carnegie Lake temperatures are regularly in the 80's, and the night is somewhat cooler of course, typically in the 60's. Throughout the winter highs are in the 30's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Carnegie Lake temperatures dip to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. The annual rainfall here at Carnegie Lake is about average; the month with most of the rain
is July, and the driest month is January. A charming lake like Allegheny River Pool Two right next door to Carnegie Lake is a magnificent location to pop by; if you come at the right time of year, Sewickley Creek offers some delightful whitewater.
