The beauty of Lake Carey attracts many people from all around. The top of Mount Airy is easily made out from Lake Carey; do set aside some time for Kern Glen if you're here at Lake Carey. Take a hike on the Pinnacle Trail, and you'll find a pretty lake called Lake Walter. wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Inn Clarks Summit is a delightful spot to spend a night or two, and Lake Carey Dam is delightful. For the duration of the days of summer here at Lake Carey, high temperatures typically
get into the 80's. Summer night lows drop down to the 50's. The cold days of the winter come with highs in the 30's; after the sun is down all through the wintertime temperatures at Lake Carey dip into the 10's. If you fancy the outdoors,
you'll go for Lake Carey. If you came to camp Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Tunkhannock is a fine place to do that; get wet paddling on Meshoppen Creek. This is no place for people who don’t like to have fun. Lake Carey is a site with many visitors from Scranton—Wilkes-Barre; some nearby water includes Meade Brook.
