Do stop by Campbell Lake while you're in this part of Pennsylvania. Yep, outdoors entertaining stuff to do are beyond doubt abundant here at Campbell Lake. Enjoy a round of golf at Fox Chapel Golf Club not far from Campbell Lake, and Campbell Lake is not the only site nearby, Glade Lake is a nearby lake. Pine Creek has a fine whitewater paddling spot close by; Mountain Top Bluegrass is a nice campground nearby. During the long summer days at Campbell Lake highs are mostly in the 80's. From a precipitation point of view Campbell Lake is a quite common place; during July this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is January. Paddling on Sewickley
Creek is so much fun; if you came for an overnight stay Camp Adventure is a fine place to camp. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Holiday Inn Express Harmarville, Pa, as expected you could also check out Allegheny River Pool Two since you're here; it's not far at all.
