Camp Sun Mountain Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Drift down the rapids of Bush Kill Creek in a kayak, and there are splendid places to look at along the Smith Trail. And if that's not enough, there's a lot more to do in the neighborhood of Camp Sun Mountain Lake. much outdoors enjoyable things, what a great globe it would be. Nearby Woodcock Bar is a fine spot to go if you're at Camp Sun Mountain Lake; don't miss out on a tour to Delaware National Scenic River if you're here. This lake is
so wonderful. Enjoy a round of golf at Country Club of the Poconos at Big Ridge not far from Camp Sun Mountain Lake; going for a hike on the Bald Barren Trail is always a tremendous adventure.
Skiing at Shawnee Mountain is one
of those things you just have to do, and if you need a spot to stay Shawnee Inn and Golf Resort is a delightful choice. This lake is so wonderful. Lakes? Sure, Sunfish Pond is close at hand, and Camp Sun Mountain Lake is a site with
many visitors from East Stroudsburg. Some of the water close by flows, like Pond Creek, and you can go for a hike on the Flat Ridge Trail.
Camp Sun Mountain Lake gets a lot of water; during May this area sees the most rain while February is regularly the driest month.
