It's always fun to stop by Butlers Lake. Whitewater paddling is splendid on Sewickley Creek, and if you need a place to stay Comfort Inn Belle Vernon is a nice choice. This lake is so wonderful. Butlers Lake is not far at all from Pittsburgh, and you can stay the night at Rustic Acres Campground.

Throughout the long summer days at Butlers Lake highs are typically in the 80's, and the nighttime is a bit colder of course, typically in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Butlers Lake.
