Camp Orchard Hill is a wonderful local campground, and skiing at Montage Mountain is one of those things you just should do. This lake is so wonderful. Why not spend some time golfing at a close by golf course like Applewood Golf Course, and this is a popular site for folks from Scranton—Wilkes-Barre. A typical amount of rain       falls here at Burkett Pond; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily June, that's the one that rains the most while January is the month with the least amount of precipitation. So much entertaining stuff to do here at Burkett Pond, too pleasant to be true.
