There is a splendid hiking trail near Buehler Lake called the Brown Trail, and the vista of Bear Trap Mountain is pretty. Near Buehler Lake you stumble on the West Branch Bruce Lake Trail which is a nice hiking trail, as expected you could also stop by Deer Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. At Buehler Lake during the       warm days of summer highs are in the 70's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 50's. Daytime highs during the winter are in the 20's while the cold winter nights at Buehler Lake are in the 0's. Buehler Lake is a reasonably wet place mostly with a great deal of rainfall; through May this area sees the most rain; the driest of the months is February. This lake is so wonderful. A glorious close by hotel is Tanglewood (Vri), and hey, Kleinhans Creek is                  a great local stream. Buehler Lake is not the only place nearby, Mill Brook Pond is a nearby lake, and Tanglwood is a wonderful local ski area. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch; people from East Stroudsburg love to come here. You just can't imagine the amount of outdoors enjoyable stuff the area near Buehler Lake has to offer. If you came for an overnight stay Caffrey Campground is a magnificent location to camp. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Caesars Cove Haven is a great choice, and everyone nearby loves skiing at Ski Big Bear. Buehler Lake beyond doubt is in the middle of a pretty outdoors paradise. Buehler Lake is in the neighborhood of Buehler Dam which is a pretty location undeniably worth stopping at; there are some good whitewater spots on Middle Creek - Lackawaxen Tributary.   Caesars Cove Haven, Lakeville 2 miles away Cove Haven Resort has it all.
