Go to Bruce Lake if you want to go to a nice lake. In case you don’t mind getting wet, you can always go whitewater paddling on Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Cricket Hill Golf Club is close by. Bruce Lake ordinarily gets much rain; of all the months in a year May is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. you need a spot to stay The Lodge at Woodloch is a brilliant choice. A lake nearby is Fairview Lake; why not head up to Tanglwood and strap some skis to your feet.
The East Branch Bruce Lake Trail offers hiking at its best, and
the snow is pleasant at Ski Big Bear. If you're visiting Bruce Lake from East Stroudsburg, you won't be the only one, and a nice site to camp here at Bruce Lake is Caffrey Campground. Now, you may feel that's lots but there's even
more fun stuff to do here at Bruce Lake. Swamps don’t sound that tremendous but Balsam Swamp close to Bruce Lake is relatively tremendous, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Bruce Lake Trail.
This lake is so wonderful.
Visiting Delaware National Scenic River is just something you need to do if you haven't yet; at Wyler Dam in the neighborhood of Bruce Lake there are some interesting things to see. Don't you try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a pleasant
time here at Bruce Lake. Whitewater paddling is great on Middle Creek - Lackawaxen Tributary; camping at Camp Watonka is always a brilliant experience.
