Best Western Grand Victorian Inn is a magnificent spot to get some rest; Riverside Acres Campground is a splendid local campground. There is a good hiking trail right next door to Browns Pond called the Ash Ridge Spur, and do explore Wallace Run while you're here at Browns Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There are some good whitewater spots on Sugar Creek; on a great day you can       take a hike along the Fox Hollow Spur. Throughout the summertime highs here at Browns Pond get into the 80's, and through the night it cools down to the 50's. During the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Browns Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Schrader Creek for all you adrenaline people; why not camp at Mountain Lake Hotel while you're here at Browns Pond. The High Rock Spur                  is a wonderful hiking trail close to Browns Pond, and Browns Pond is a place with many visitors from Sayre. There's just no way someone can get bored here at Browns Pond. You get a great view of Kendall Hill from Browns Pond, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Towanda.
