Summertime highs at Boyertown Reservoir mostly tend to be in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures plunge down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Boyertown Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. There are perfect places to look at along the Buzzard Trail, and Boyertown Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day       at, Hickory Park Campground is a great local campground. And that's not all you can do here at Boyertown Reservoir. Don't leave Boyertown Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Lenade Trail, and why not head up to Bear Creek and strap some skis to your feet. All the water falling down from the sky makes Boyertown Reservoir a wet site; the month of May is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. That                  right there is plenty already, but it carries on; Boyertown Reservoir has it all. The vistas at Delaware & Lehigh National Heritage Corridor will blow your mind. Do take a look at Boyertown Reservoir Dam since you're here at Boyertown Reservoir, and whitewater paddling is not for everybody but if it's for you then, we recommend French Creek. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Quality Inn Pottstown, and the top of Devils Hump is easily observed from Boyertown Reservoir. Neimans Pond is a nearby lake that you could explore, and a day on the slopes of Spring Mountain is just what you need.
