The Clark Run Trail offers hiking at its best; drift down the rapids of Blacklick Creek in a kayak. You're probably interested in lakes, Sugar Run Reservoir is one of those nearby, and you can stay the night at Mirror Lake Resort. This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Big Spring Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Yellow Creek Camp Ground is a great spot for that. Not far from Big Spring Reservoir you acquire some great water scenery at Big Spring Dam, and a brilliant site to explore nearby is Conemaugh Gorge. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 70's to Big Spring Reservoir. Throughout the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 50's.
