Throughout the warm days of summer at Beverly Lake highs are typically in the 80's; the overnight is slightly colder of course, mostly in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are frequently in the 30's; night lows at Beverly Lake during the winter ordinarily drop into the 10's. If you're dropping by Beverly Lake from Somerset, you won't be the only one, and there's tremendous hiking       along the East End Trail. From a rainfall point of view Beverly Lake is a rather common place; the wettest month of the year is mostly July, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is February. If you came for an overnight stay Mirror Lake Resort is a glorious location to camp, and you might also want to pay a visit to Gilbert Hollow while you're here at Beverly Lake. I can't stop, cause I'm havin' a good time here at Beverly                  Lake. The Spruce Run Trail offers hiking at its best, and Pine Oaks Camp Ground is a nice local campground. Don't leave Beverly Lake without first going for a hike along the Laurel Highlands Trail, and if you need a spot to stay Holiday Inn Johnstown-Dwtn, Pa is a good choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a wonderful nearby course is Oakbrook Golf Course; there are some wonderful whitewater spots on Quemahoning Creek. This lake is so wonderful. You can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Hidden Valley. You'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at The Springs at Laurel Mountain while you're here, and dry warm beds await you at Econo Lodge Johnstown.   Econo Lodge Johnstown, Johnstown 8 miles away Located in Historic downtown Johnstown.
