This lake is so wonderful. Hiking along the Camp Biff Trail is brilliant fun, and the skiing at Alpine Mountain is nice. This lake is so wonderful. This lake is so wonderful. Delaware National Scenic River is one of the destinations in the neighborhood of Lake Belle that are fine to go to; if you came to camp Camp Watonka is a pleasant location to do that. Take a side spree to       Perch Run; Belle Mountain is gorgeous and can be made out from here. From a rain point of view Lake Belle is a pretty typical location; through May this area sees the most rain, and February is the month with the least moisture. Here at Lake Belle there are plenty of folks from East Stroudsburg, and The Notch is also a nice place to look at. Paddling on Bush Kill Creek is so much fun, and Lake Belle is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Ledgedale                  Recreation Area is a perfect local campground. Shadowbrook Resort is a delightful location to get some rest; there are other places here than Lake Belle, for example Lake Earnest. Man, is there heaps of entertaining stuff to do near Lake Belle. Going for a hike along the Rock Oak Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area, and why not go to Lake Laura Dam if you're here. Get soaked paddling on Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch, and Lake Laura is a splendid lake nearby. Lake Belle is right by the Lake Laura Trail, and go to close by Big Inlet Swamp. High temperatures at Lake Belle through the warm months are in the 70's. For the duration of the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with temperatures at Lake Belle dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this site.
