The beauty of Lake Belle is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Perch Run is one of the streams nearby that might be worth checking out, and perfect skiing awaits you at Alpine Mountain. This lake is so wonderful. A beautiful lake like Lake Earnest close to Lake Belle is a perfect place to visit, and you can stay the night at Caffrey Campground. You feel that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Get your heart beating on the wonderful whitewater of Bush Kill Creek, and dry warm beds await you at Hi Country Cottages. While you're here at Lake Belle you can take a hike along the Lake Laura Trail, and there's some interesting stuff to spot at Lake Laura
Dam in the vicinity of Lake Belle. At Lake Belle through the summer months highs are in the 70's with nighttime lows in the 50's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's while Lake Belle nighttime low temperatures
during the winter are in the 10's. You can run the rapids of Wallenpaupack Creek - East Branch next to Lake Belle; if you want a little side visit, try The Notch.
Here at Lake Belle there are plenty of folks from East Stroudsburg.
You get a tremendous panorama of Belle Mountain from Lake Belle, and you can never get enough of the magnificent skiing at Tanglwood. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun stuff near Lake Belle. Delaware National Scenic River is a delightful local destination here at Lake Belle; on a nice day you can take a hike along the Camp Biff Trail.
