This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Toftrees Resort And Conference Center is a fine place to spend a night or two. A good nearby hotel is Atherton Hotel, and you can stay the night at Camp Blue Diamond. On a great day at Beaver Pond you can take a hike along the Musser Trail, and Hemlock Acres Campground is a magnificent campground here. A glorious location close to Beaver Pond is Pine Grove Mills       Gap, and you're sure to come across some nice people from State College here. And if that's not enough, there's loads more to do in the neighborhood of Beaver Pond. Have a fine hiking adventure along the Kepler Trail; why not have a look at nearby Roaring Run while you're here at Beaver Pond. Beaver Pond gets a normal amount of rainfall; through the month of June you get the most rain around here, and January is when it's the driest. For the duration of                  the warmest time of the year at Beaver Pond temperatures are usually in the 70's with overnight lows in the 50's.
