Bear Lake is a tremendous place to visit for more than one day, Brokenstraw Valley Camping Sites is a tremendous place to camp nearby, and you can have a nice hiking adventure along the Hedgehog Trail. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more entertaining stuff to do here at Bear Lake. Hiking along the Magee Trail       is delightful fun, and a glorious nearby hotel is Webbs Year Round Resort. You can never get enough of the good skiing at Peek N Peak, and there's whitewater on Chautauqua Creek for all you thrill seekers. Bear Lake sees pretty high levels of rainfall; through November this area sees the most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Stay the night at Camp Chautauqua; Timber Creek Golf Course is a golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful.                  This lake is so wonderful.
