For the period of the summer at Bassett Pond highs are commonly in the 70's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Throughout the wintertime highs are ordinarily in the 20's, and night lows in the 10's for Bassett Pond. This lake is so wonderful. How Kola Camp is a pleasant campground nearby, and if you need a spot to stay Comfort       Inn Clarks Summit is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. People from Scranton—Wilkes-Barre love to come to Bassett Pond, and you can run the rapids of Spring Brook. Bassett Pond mostly gets a great deal of rainfall; most of the rain falls through June; the driest month is February. Good hiking is available along the Refuge Trail, and you'll never forgive yourself if you don’t go skiing at Montage Mountain since you're here. If you adore the outdoors,                  you'll love Bassett Pond. You could also stop at Deer Lake if you're here at Bassett Pond; it's close by; Hampton Inn Clarks SummitScranton is a glorious site to get some rest.
