The scenery at West Carrol Township Water Sewer Authority Dam in the vicinity of Bakerton Reservoir is pretty, and there's whitewater on Blacklick Creek - South Branch for all you adrenaline kick people. in the 50's. For the duration of the wintertime highs are usually in the 30's with temperatures at Bakerton Reservoir dipping down into the 10's all through winter nights.
This lake is so wonderful. There's splendid hiking along
the Roger Mountain Trail, and Comfort Inn Ebensburg is a splendid place to get some rest. If you need a spot to stay Red Carpet Inn & Suites Ebensburg is a fine choice, and don't leave Bakerton Reservoir without first going for a
hike along the Lost Turkey Trail. Camping is available at Living waters Camp, and getting to Lesle Run from Bakerton Reservoir is painless.
