Anglewood Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. A quick journey to Tripup Run close to Anglewood Lake is a great idea; drift down the rapids of Tunkhannock Creek in a kayak. place to spend a night or two; swamps can be such out of the ordinary places, visit Selfice Swamp while you're here at Anglewood Lake. This lake is so wonderful. There is a nice hiking trail close to Anglewood Lake called the Refuge
Trail, and WT Family Camping is a great campground here.
Near Anglewood Lake you stumble on the Boulder Field Trail which is a splendid hiking trail, and an interesting thing to stop at right next door to Anglewood Lake is Pocono

Anglewood Lake gets a typical amount of yearly rain; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is January. This lake is so wonderful. The Choke Creek Trail
