There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Brandywine Creek - West Branch, and you can never get enough of the tremendous skiing at Blue Marsh. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. Angelica Lake is right by the Buzzard Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Camping at Blue Falls Grove Campground is always a good experience, and the Lenade Trail offers hiking at its best. If you're interested       in hydro structures, you can go to Angelica Lake Dam; after a long day outdoors Candlewood Suites READING is a good place to spend a night or two. Throughout the warm months at Angelica Lake highs are regularly in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's while Angelica Lake overnight low temperatures through the winter are in the 10's. That right there is heaps already, but it carries on; Angelica Lake has                  it all. Camping is available at Lake- In- Wood Camping, and while you're here, you could also explore gorgeous Weiser Lake. Egelman Basin is a nearby lake that you could check out, and everybody loves Poplar Neck. A good deal of rain falls at Angelica Lake; the wettest month of the year is usually May, that's the one that rains the most, and the driest month of the year is February. Hiking is a popular thing to do around Angelica Lake; Horseshoe Trail is a great local trail, and the sight of charming Highs Hill is brilliant. This lake is so wonderful. Angelica Creek is close to Angelica Lake and is always a delight to stop by; people from Reading love to come here.
