Many people like to go to Alanconnie Lake. If you come at the right time of year, Meadow Run offers some fine whitewater, and some of the water close by flows, like Deadman Run. Lake George Dam has tremendous water scenery and it's near Alanconnie Lake, and dry warm beds await you at Fairfield Inn By Marriott Uniontown. The annual rainfall here at Alanconnie Lake is about average; the month of July is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month

So much enjoyable stuff to do here at Alanconnie Lake, too nice to be true. Lakes? Sure, Russell Lake is nearby; camping at Benner's Meadow Run Camping and Cabins is always a good experience. This lake is so wonderful. Since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always check out nearby Surprise Lake, and a day on the slopes of Wisp is just what you need. This lake is so wonderful. Alanconnie Lake is right by the Mile Trail; from Alanconnie Lake you get a glorious panorama of Hager Hill. High temperatures
at Alanconnie Lake during the summertime months are in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's mostly in the 60's. Highs during the wintertime are frequently in the 30's while Alanconnie Lake overnight low temperatures during
the wintertime are in the 10's.
Why not take a refreshing hike along the Great Gorge Trail; whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Beaver Creek.
