This lake is so wonderful. Donegal Highlands Golf Course is a perfect golf course close by, and wonderful scenery and delightful skiing is what you acquire at Seven Springs. What a spot this is for outdoors folks. If you need a spot to stay Donegal - Days Inn is a delightful choice, and glide down the rapids of Jacobs Creek in a kayak. A nice close by hotel is Wingate by Wyndham - Latrobe, and if you came       for an overnight stay Donegal Campground is a good spot to camp. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is splendid here at Acme Lake, you can go for a hike along the Brant Trail, and Laurel Highlands Campland is a glorious local campground. Throughout the warm days of summer here at Acme Lake, high temperatures typically reach the 80's while night lows are commonly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's                  overnight here at Acme Lake. Going for a hike along the Darr Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity; skiing at Hidden Valley is one of those things you just should do. While you're here at Acme Lake you can take a hike along the Great Gorge Trail, and if you come at the right time of year, Fourmile Run offers some perfect whitewater.
