This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Bieberstedt Trail, and if you don’t have a problem getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Big Butte Creek. Camping is available at Medford Oaks Campark, and Rogue River - North Fork has a glorious whitewater paddling spot close by. This lake is so wonderful. Super 8 Motel Phoenix is a wonderful location to get some rest; why not take a refreshing hike along the Alco Trail. Near Woolfolk

| | Reservoir you come across splendid spots like Eagle Gulch, and Trammel Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could pop by. At Woolfolk Reservoir you don’t see much rain; of all the months in a year December is the one with the most rain, and the driest month of the year is July. Ashland offers plenty of adventure for both skiers and riders. The ski area is located about a half an hour drive from the charming town of Ashland, home to the world renowned Oregon Shakespeare Festival. At 7,500 feet, Mt. Ashland is the highest point in the Siskiyou mountain range. Its north facing slopes collect an average 300 inches of snowfall annually. The ski area offers 23 trails in addition to chute skiing and boarding in its famous bowl. All trails are easily accessed by 4 chairlifts.
