This lake is so wonderful. Apple Valley is a scenic site any time of year. This place, the Coast Ranges, has so much outdoors fun things. If you need a site to stay Best Western Oak Meadows Inn is a great choice, and James O Fisher Dam is an attention-grabbing thing to check out. If only every place had this much outdoors entertaining things, what a great planet it would be. Get dripping       wet paddling on Kalama River; a great beach nearby is Lyons Beach. This lake is so wonderful. Courtyard By Marriott Portland Hillsboro is a tremendous spot to get some rest, and you can stay the night at Scappose Airport County Park. So much entertaining stuff to do in the Coast Ranges, not enough time. While you're here at Woods Pond, you could also visit striking Sherman Reservoir, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks from nearby Portland-Vancouver-Beaverton.                  All the water falling down from the sky makes Woods Pond a wet place; through December this area sees the most rain, and July on the other hand is the driest. Woods Pond is located in the Coast Ranges. James O Fisher Reservoir is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and a round of golf at nearby St Helens Golf Course is a nice way to kill some time. Through the months of summer, highs commonly are in the 70's at Woods Pond, and through summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's, and nighttime lows at Woods Pond throughout the winter mostly sink into the 30's. It's a fine idea to pop by Alder Creek, it's next to Woods Pond.
