Willson Reservoir is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. If you want a delightful time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Willson Reservoir. An afternoon playing golf at Grants Pass Golf Club is always a pleasure; Royal Trailer Park is a great campground nearby. Willson Reservoir is a beautiful lake in the Siskiyou Mountains. | | are perfect places to explore along the Kerby Peak Trail.
Willson Reservoir gets a normal amount of rainfall; most of the rain falls during November; the driest of the months is July. This lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Oregon Caves Trail; if you're looking for a brilliant tour, Oregon Caves National Monument is pretty near. For the period of the summertime here at Willson Reservoir, high temperatures commonly get into the 70's, | |

and the night is quite chillier of course, ordinarily in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's; overnight lows at Willson Reservoir during the wintertime ordinarily sink into the 30's.
This lake
is so wonderful. Lakes are such serene places, why not explore Reinhardt Reservoir next to Willson Reservoir, and if you need a spot to stay Riverside Inn Resort is a fine choice. Visit Board Shanty Creek since you're here at Willson
Reservoir; a delightful close by hotel is Holiday Inn Express Grants Pass, Or. Schoolhouse Gulch is a great site to explore right next door to Willson Reservoir, and you'll meet a lot of people from Grants Pass here.
And if that's
not enough there's heaps more fun stuff to do in the Siskiyou Mountains. Don't leave Willson Reservoir without first going for a hike along the Grayback Clapboard Trail; Dixon Greenvalley Campers is a good local campground.
