Beautiful Widgeon Lake has much to offer visitors. And if you're still looking for more outdoors cool things just keep reading. The skiing at Hoodoo is brilliant, and after a long day outdoors Lodge at Suttle Lake is a good site to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. You can make out Turpentine Peak from Widgeon Lake. All the water falling down from the sky makes Widgeon Lake a wet location; December is the wettest month with most rain; the driest

This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range. Soar down the rapids of Santiam River - North in a kayak; if you get bored of Widgeon Lake you could also take a look at close by Little Duffy Lake. If you want a good time in the great outdoors just come on up to the Central Cascade Range. The Lava Trail offers hiking at its best, and you can stay the night at Country Star Recreational Vehicle Park.

is so wonderful. Twin Lakes is a nearby lake that you could pop by, and hiking is a popular thing to do around Widgeon Lake; Duffy Lake Trail is a magnificent local trail. Get dripping wet paddling on Marion Creek, and great hiking
is available along the Turpentine Peak Trail. Yep, outdoors exciting things truly is plentiful here in the Central Cascade Range. Tombstone Prairie Campground is a fine campground nearby, and there's some flowing water nearby, Green
Creek is a stream you can pop by while here.
High temperatures at Widgeon Lake all through the summer are in the 70's. Throughout the moonlight hours it's generally in the 50's. Highs throughout the winter are regularly in the 40's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Widgeon Lake tend to be in the 30's.
