Widgeon Lake gets a large amount of water; December is the month that gets the most rain while July is ordinarily the driest month. Yeah, come up here to the Central Cascade Range for a magnificent time. Santiam River - North is a good whitewater spot near Widgeon Lake; hiking along the Turpentine Peak Trail is nice fun. Going for a hike along the Duffy Lake Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this neighborhood; camping at Tombstone Prairie Campground is always a tremendous experience. This lake is so wonderful. A delightful place to camp here at Widgeon Lake                  is Country Star Recreational Vehicle Park. This lake is so wonderful. If the weather is great here at Widgeon Lake, you can go for a hike along the Lava Trail, and at Widgeon Lake you can catch a sight of Turpentine Peak. Widgeon Lake is a beautiful lake in the Central Cascade Range. High temperatures at Widgeon Lake throughout the summer are in the 70's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 50's. Highs all through the winter are ordinarily in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Widgeon Lake fall into the 30's.
