The scenery at Wickiup Lake Dam in close proximity to Wickiup Lake is stunning, and if you need a spot to stay Astoria Rivershore Motel is a good       choice. This lake is so wonderful. If you came to camp Healing Circle is a great spot to do that; if you're looking for a great tour, Fort Clatsop National Memorial is pretty near. Any time is a wonderful time at Wickiup Lake if you love the outdoors. Lakes are perfect; Bear Creek Reservoir is a lake that's close to Wickiup Lake, and glide down the rapids of Nehalem River in a kayak. All through the summer here at Wickiup Lake, high temperatures commonly                  get into the 60's; the night is a little chillier of course, commonly in the 50's.
