A visit to Whetstone Pond is always a good idea. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Mount Ashland Trail. Lakes are magnificent; Cable Reservoir is a lake that's close to Whetstone Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There are tremendous places to explore along the Chicago Trail, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Big Butte Creek. | | Siskiyou Mountains. Really nice skiing awaits you at Mt. Ashland, and swing by Little Butte Creek it's a great spot to stop by.
So much amusing stuff to do at Whetstone Pond, so little time. Cedar Links Golf Club is a glorious golf course close by; during your spree here you'll meet some people from Medford for sure. some great whitewater. The Siskiyou Mountains scenery is always beautiful.
Camping at Eagle Trailer Park is always a wonderful experience, and after a long day outdoors Courtyard by Marriott Medford Airport is a wonderful place
to spend a night or two. These mountains rock, just check out all the amusing things to do in the Siskiyou Mountains. Don't leave Whetstone Pond without first going for a hike along the Alco Trail, and Super 8 Motel Medford OR is
a perfect place to get some rest.
At Whetstone Pond through the summer months highs are in the 80's, and the nighttime is a tad chillier of course, regularly in the 40's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's; overnight
lows at Whetstone Pond during the wintertime generally sink into the 20's. From a rainfall point of view Whetstone Pond is a pretty common place; the month with most of the rain is December, and the driest of the months is July.
