Weston Lake is located in the Southern Cascade Range. At Weston Lake all through the long summer days highs are in the 60's, and during the night it cools down to the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Weston Lake descend into the 10's. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Trask River; you can go for a hike on the Varney Creek Trail.       Now, you may believe that's a heap but there's even more amusing stuff to do here at Weston Lake. Lakes? Sure, Lake Waban is nearby; going for a hike on the Mountain Lakes Trail is always a splendid adventure. This location, the Southern Cascade Range, has so much outdoors enjoyable things. Avalanche Lake is a magnificent lake near Weston Lake. This lake is so wonderful. Rocky Point Resort is a delightful campground nearby, and good hiking is available along the Greylock                  Mountain Trail. If you came for an overnight stay White Pine Campground is a splendid place to camp, and Klamath Falls Super 8 Motel is a great place to get some rest. If you like the outdoors you'll like it here in the Southern Cascade Range. You get a splendid view of Crater Mountain from Weston Lake, and drift down the rapids of Klamath River in a kayak.
