The Wallowa Mountains scenery is always beautiful. At Warm Lake you don’t see much precipitation; the month of December is the wettest with most of the snow while July is usually the driest month. High temperatures at Warm Lake throughout the summertime months are in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 40's. Throughout the wintertime highs are mostly in the 30's,       and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Warm Lake. This place, Warm Lake, it completely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Rock Creek is near Warm Lake and is always a joy to explore; Lake Frances is a good lake close by. Warm Lake is in the vicinity of Moody Basin which is without doubt worth going to; Wallowa Lake State Park is a perfect local campground. So much enjoyable stuff to do in the Wallowa Mountains, not enough time. This spot,                  the Wallowa Mountains, has so much outdoors exciting things. You get a tremendous view of Russel Mountain from Warm Lake, and if you came for an overnight stay Scenic Meadows RV Park is a glorious site to camp. This lake is so wonderful. There are good places to explore along the Martin Bridge Trail, and Best Western Rama Inn & Suites is a fine location to get some rest.
