A fine nearby hotel is Village Inn, and the Eagles Rest Trail is a pleasant hiking trail close by. You'll stumble on a delightful lake called Dexter Reservoir near Walterville Reservoir, and if you come at the right time of year, Fall Creek offers some magnificent whitewater. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range. This lake is so wonderful.       Cedar Flat is a good place, and get yourself into a kayak and hit McKenzie River. For the duration of the warm days of summer at Walterville Reservoir temperatures are ordinarily in the 80's; during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. High temperatures through the winter are normally in the 40's with temperatures at Walterville Reservoir dipping down into the 30's all through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day                  to look at everything Walterville Reservoir has to offer, you can camp at Chalet Village; going for a hike on the Hardesty Trail is always a delightful adventure. You'll meet a lot of folks from Eugene-Springfield here; Walterville Reservoir is a perfect site to visit for more than one day, Dexter Shores Mobile Home and RV Park is a perfect site to camp nearby. Yeah, come here to Walterville Reservoir for a perfect time. A pretty lake like Green Reservoir next to Walterville Reservoir is a tremendous site to go to; why not pop by Walterville Dam if you're here. So much enjoyable stuff to do here in the Central Cascade Range, too pleasant to be true. If you're here at Walterville Reservoir, you could check out Cougar Creek, and nearby you come across the Teeter Creek Loop which is a nice hiking trail. All year is a wonderful time in the Central Cascade Range if you adore the outdoors. A spree to Walterville Reservoir wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Easton Spring; Comfort Inn & Suites Creswell is a splendid place to get some rest.
