    Waller Reservoir Number Two is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. This lake is one of the great places here in the Blue Mountains. If you need a site to stay Best Western John Day Inn is a brilliant choice; close by you find the Wall Creek Trail which is a fine hiking trail. And if that's not enough there's a lot more enjoyable things to do in the Blue Mountains. Looking for some flowing water? Try Gilmore Creek; on a nice day you can  
   take a hike along the Knob Trail.
This lake is so wonderful. John Day Fossil Beds National Monument is a delightful local destination here at Waller Reservoir Number Two, and if you came to camp Lepage Park - John Day Fossil Beds National Monument is a great site to do that. Now, you may assume that's a load but there's even more enjoyable stuff to do here in the Blue Mountains. The Lone Pine Trail is a delightful hiking trail near Waller Reservoir Number
 
               Two. There are other places here than Waller Reservoir Number Two, for example Reservoir Number Three, and Waller Reservoir Number Two is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Elkhorn Tavern and RV Park is a splendid local campground.
Life's too short to enjoy all the exciting stuff right next door to Waller Reservoir Number Two. Not far from Waller Reservoir Number Two, you'll discover Waller Reservoir Number Two which is a scenic lake, and there's always Dam Number Three to pop by next to Waller Reservoir Number Two.
