A visit to Waller Reservoir 3 is always a good idea. During the summertime here at Waller Reservoir 3, high temperatures generally get into the 80's while night lows are regularly in the 40's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 30's; after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Waller Reservoir 3 drop into the 20's. You can make out Minam Hill from Waller Reservoir 3, and the Rock Spring Trail offers hiking at its best. If you're here at Waller Reservoir 3, you could take a look at Squaw Creek; in the event that you don’t have a problem getting covered with water, you can always go whitewater paddling on Grande Ronde River. This lake is so wonderful. There's good hiking along the Crooked Trail, and you'll meet a lot of folks from La Grande here. This
lake is so wonderful. Good hiking is available along the Cougar Ridge Trail, as expected you could also explore Waller Reservoir 2 while you're here; it's not far at all. After a long day outdoors Stampede Inn is a good place to spend
a night or two. There's so much to do here at Waller Reservoir 3 that you need to camp here for a while, Bear Canyon Campground is a tremendous place for that.
If you need a site to stay Mingo Motel is a magnificent choice; close by you stumble on Minam Summit which is a pleasant location to check out.
