Wall Lake is a wet place that gets lots of rain; through December this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever want to go home again. Collawash River is a great whitewater spot near Wall Lake, and Double Peaks is simple to spot from Wall Lake. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Wall Lake get into the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer

| | temperatures plunge down into the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Wall Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Having a delightful time at Wall Lake is uncomplicated. Good hiking is available along the Wolf Spring Trail, and you're possibly interested in lakes, Sheep Lake is one of those close by. This lake is so wonderful. for more than one day, Trout Lake Campground is a splendid site to camp nearby. Lakes are tremendous; Fork Lake is a lake that's right next door to Wall Lake. That right there is a load of cool stuff already but it goes on, the
Central Cascade Range has it all. Go for a hike on the Fish Lake Trail; Hoodoo is a very popular ski area nearby. Lemiti Campground is a pleasant campground nearby, and South Fork North Fork Breitenbush River is near Wall Lake and
is always a delight to have a look at. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range. A splendid location for whitewater paddling close to Wall Lake is Marion Creek; going for a hike on the Cub Creek Trail is always a splendid adventure.

For this particular mountain, the typical route is known as a ''herd path'' which is not much more than a worn, but unmarked trail. Some of the herd paths are easy to follow, others are not. In many instances the hiker will travel down a false herd path and eventually have to correct his/her course via backtracking.
