Be careful coming to the Central Cascade Range, you might not ever want to go home again. Collawash River is a great whitewater spot near Wall Lake, and Double Peaks is simple to spot from Wall Lake. For the duration of the months of summer highs here at Wall Lake get into the 70's. Throughout the dark hours of summer       temperatures plunge down into the 50's. For the period of the wintertime this place gets highs in the 40's with temperatures at Wall Lake dipping down into the 30's through winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. Go for a hike on the Fish Lake Trail; Hoodoo is a very popular ski area nearby. Lemiti Campground is a pleasant campground nearby, and South Fork North Fork Breitenbush River is near Wall Lake and is always a delight to have a look at. This lake is one of the great places here in the Central Cascade Range.
