On a wonderful day at Wade Pond you can take a hike along the Chico Trail, and Wade Pond is a magnificent spot to camp, Kirkland Campground is a magnificent spot. While you're here at Wade Pond, you could also take a look at stunning Reed Reservoir, and you can stay the night at Out Post RV Park. This lake is so wonderful. Dry warm beds await you at Rimrock Inn; you can run the rapids of Grande Ronde River.       If you want a perfect time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Wade Pond. If you need a location to stay Mingo Motel is a good choice, and the Wenatchee Creek Trail is a pleasant hiking trail nearby. Summertime highs at Wade Pond commonly tend to be in the 80's; the overnight is a tad colder of course, typically in the 30's. High temperatures during the wintertime are normally in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Wade Pond are in the 10's. A brilliant                  place for whitewater paddling in close proximity to Wade Pond is Grande Ronde River, and Elkhorn Spring is an inspiring place to stop at while here.
