Whitewater paddling is great on Molalla River; why not take a little trip to Veterans Creek since you're here. Veterans Reservoir commonly gets a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls through December, and the driest of the months is July. Town and Country Mobile Estates is a perfect campground here; an afternoon playing golf at Sah-Hah-Lee Golf Course Driving Range is always       a pleasure. What a spot this is for outdoors people. Veterans Reservoir is near Veterans Dam which is a beautiful site beyond doubt worth stopping at; after a long day outdoors Best Western Sunnyside Inn is a nice location to spend a night or two. This lake is so wonderful. Veterans Reservoir is a great location to camp, Southgate Mobilhome and RV Park is a great location; the vista of lovely Kelly Butte is great. At Veterans Reservoir during the summer                  months highs are in the 80's. Summer night lows dip down to the 50's. Through the winter the highs are generally in the 40's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Veterans Reservoir plunge into the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Portland-Days Inn South is a delightful place to get some rest; you'll meet a lot of people from Portland-Vancouver-Beaverton here.
