At Verley Pond throughout the summertime months highs are in the 80's, and the overnight is slightly chillier of course, generally in the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 40's; winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Verley Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Ayers Creek is a tremendous       location to check out; a wonderful swamp near Verley Pond is Aders Sump. You'll need more than a day to explore everything Verley Pond has to offer, you can camp at Champoeg State Park, and lakes are such serene places, why not go to Burgale Reservoir. And if that's not sufficient, there's a load more to do near Verley Pond. There's so much to do here at Verley Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Portland-Dayton RV Park is a good place for that,                  and don't leave Verley Pond without first paying a visit to Gordon Spring. The high level of rainfall makes Verley Pond a reasonably wet place; through December this area sees the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture.
